A DAY IN THE LIFE OF FINN....

    What is it like for a cheerleader to prepare for their showcase? How about when you are only 6?  Miss Finnleigh from the Maryland Twisters (with help from her mom) recorded her experiences as she got ready to perform with her team at The Maryland Twisters Showcase.  You will see everything from wake up, to makeup, to performance, to the celebration as she comes off the mat. 50 Cheer Gyms... 50 States Colorado Elite ( 23 of 50)

The twenty-third gym I would like to introduce you to is Colorado Elite out of Colorado Springs, Colorado.

What cheer competitions have you really enjoyed competing in the most?   In the past we have always competed at UCA Nationals at Disney World in FL. This one always seems to be a crowd favorite! We enjoy going to UCA Mile High in Denver, Jamfest in Denver, and this season, all of our teams received a D2 Summit Bid at Disney World in FL, which is like the Super Bowl of cheerleading. I assume this will be the new crowd favorite.

What championship or placement are you most proud of at your gym? This season our teams received D2 Summit Bids, which is incredibly difficult to do.  We are very proud that both the teams received them at the same competition, UCA Mile High, this year. These are the first D2 Summit Bids our gym has received in the history of our program.  We are incredibly proud of this accomplishment.

What is something your would like our readers to know about your gym? Colorado Elite is one big family.  From our Rec tumblers, to our All Star teams, to our wonderful High School teams, we are a huge family.  Everyone is welcomed with open arms, and we pride ourselves on being some of the best at what we do.
