What cheer competitions have you really enjoyed competing in the most? 

We really enjoy competing at CHEERSPORT and JamFestSix Flags

What championship or placement are you most proud of at your gym? 

Accomplishments- CHEER1fm Cheer Gym of the Month, Top 20 Small Cheer Gyms, JamBrands Athlete of the Week, Volunteering at the Dempsey Challenge for Breast Cancer each year, Volunteering at Maine Special Olympics, Make-a-Wish Volunteer, Golden Paid bid to US Finals along with multiple win throughout the years.

Halloween Will Soon Be Here....

Halloween will soon be here. As our kids work hard to perfect their cheer routines, how can we make things a little more festive? Does your team moms or gyms do anything for the holidays? 50 Cheer Gyms... 50 States Xtreme Cheer & Dance ( 21 of 50)

The twenty-first gym I would like to introduce you to is Xtreme Cheer and Dance out of Mitchell, South Dakota.

Director/Owners:Owners are Traci Loecker and Taylor Davis-Bohr. Cheer Coaches are Traci, Taylor, Alyssa Ketcham, and Katelynn Ellsworth. Dance coaches are Willow Colbrese and Ashlee Rolinger.

Years Opened: We have been opened 13 years, however we just got into our own gym this past September.

What cheer competitions have you really enjoyed competing in the most?  Our favorite comps are Council Bluffs, Kansas City, Florida, and of course ours that we host in Mitchell, Xtreme Cheer and Dance Challenge.

What championship or placement are you most proud of at your gym? We are most proud of our senior level 2 team taking 2nd Place 5 years ago in Florida and being undefeated this past year with our Thunder, 8 and under Level 1 team. They attended 7 competitions and received first place in every single one.

What is something your would like our readers to know about your gym? The fact that we had 45 registered in our gym last year and we are up to 65 already for this year. We feel because we have the best coaches and families paired with an awesome facility, we will be unstoppable!

What is your business name: Cheer Goddess, LLC

What kind of products do you sell? All things cheerleading, you name it we can make it! We have a variety of products ranging from Spirit Jerseys, Crop tops, sports bras, leggings, tshirts, acrylic tumblers, and BOWS! We take great pride in creating beautiful Cheer bows fit for a Cheer Goddess. 

How did you get started and what were your influences/motivations to create your business? Cheer Goddess was created when my daughter started competitive cheer, she and I decided we wanted to learn how to make bows and started teaching ourselves how to do so. At first it was just for fun then quickly turned into my passion! I started making items for my daughters gym Midwest Express Cheer. MEC teams are named after the Greek goddesses Aphrodite, Asteria and Athena. Midwest Express Cheer has always been so supportive of my dream to create this company so it was fitting to name my company after them. Since that time I have joined forces with another "Gym Mom" who designs and make all of our apparel.

What should our viewers know about your product or business? Cheer Goddess hand makes all of our products and we take pride in doing so, all products are made with love and are high quality products fit for any Cheer Goddess. We also have an awesome ambassador program unlike any other. We send free products to our girls every month to reward them for their hard work. We truly appreciate our goddesses as none of this would be possible without them.
